Prerequisites
Before beginning the setup, ensure you have:
- Administrative access to Authorization Box
- Knowledge of the required function profile for the new user
- List of databases the user needs access to
- User's contact email address
Setup Steps
1. Access User Management
- Log in to your Authorization Box account
- Navigate to Setup → General
- In the Users tab, click the "New" button
2. Configure User Details
- Enter the user's contact email address
- Select the appropriate function profile
- This is crucial as it determines the user's permissions
- You can review the specific permissions under "Roles"
- Click "Save & Close" to create the user
3. Assign Database Access
- Use the "Select" button in the Databases section
- Choose the databases the user should have access to

Post-Setup Process
After creation:
- The user will receive an email with temporary login credentials
- They should change their password upon first login
- Verify they can access the assigned databases
