Flexible Filtering Options The interface offers several filtering capabilities to help you focus on what matters:
- Filter by Company Group: Only display organization roles that are assigned to users for the specific group
- Filter by Company: Only display organization roles that are assigned to users for the specific company
- View Only Used Roles: Toggle to see only organization roles currently in use
- View Unreviewed Roles: Quickly identify organization roles that still need review
Detailed Permission
Analysis When you click on an organization role, you'll see comprehensive information. This contains information about which permissions are assigned through this role, which users have been assigned this role and you receive information about critical permissions associated with the role, based on your setup research questions.
Efficient Review Process
The system makes reviewing permissions straightforward:
✓ Quickly mark items with checkmarks (agree) or X (disagree)
✓ Add contextual information when making assessments
✓ Perform bulk reviews of multiple critical permissions at once
✓ Review user assignments individually or in groups
Review History Tracking
The system maintains a thorough and comprehensive history of all reviews conducted. Users can easily see who made each assessment and when it was completed, providing full accountability and transparency. Any additional information or context provided during the review process is also preserved and accessible. For quick reference, simply hovering over the Reviews history icon reveals a summary of the assessment details, while clicking on it displays the complete chronological record of all evaluations made.
Visual Status Indicators
Color-coded notification dots provide at-a-glance status information:
✓ Red: Number of disagreed results
✓ Blue: Number of results still to be reviewed
✓ Green: Number of agreed results
