With the Central Management module, you can centrally maintain the setup of the Authorization Box from a single database for multiple databases. The database from which you manage the setup is the “parent”, and this database can be linked to one or more other databases, the “children”.
How does it work?
From a child database, the setup can no longer be maintained; the setup is directly adopted from the parent database. The advantage of this is that a change in the setup, such as creating a new organizational role or modifying a procurement template, only needs to be performed once within the parent database. The adjustment is then immediately available in the child databases.
